Annual Pass Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions, including the refund process

  1. Renew your UK Merlin Annual Pass (“Annual Pass”) online via http://www.merlinannualpass.co.uk up to 4 weeks after its expiration and we guarantee that the renewal price will be, subject to these terms and conditions. the lowest available .
  2. If you find a cheaper price for your renewal Annual Pass (excluding delivery and fulfillment costs) within 30 days of purchase, we will match it and refund the difference. For the avoidance of doubt, this 30 day period commences on the day of purchase of your renewal Annual Pass and not on the day of collection or delivery of it.
  3. To qualify, the cheaper Annual Pass must be available to the general public and identical to the renewal Annual Pass purchased from us, including, but not limited to the:
    1. pass options, such as standard or premium;
    2. collection/processing attraction;
    3. fulfillment type, such as post or collection;
    4. pass type, such as individual, family of 3, family of 4, or family of 5, disabled or carer; and
    5. payment method, such as credit card, debit card, cash or cheque.
  4. Claims must be made by email to merlin.annualpass@merlinentertainments.biz within 30 days of purchasing your renewal Annual Pass. Your claim must include proof of your purchase, your name, your address, any order reference numbers, full details of when and where you purchased your renewal Annual Pass and any other relevant information that will enable us to verify your claim. You must include full details of when and where you saw the cheaper alternative, such as websites, addresses and/or contact details. Your claim will be unsuccessful if you provide us with inaccurate information or if you fail to provide us with enough information to enable us to verify it.
  5. The following are excluded from this renewal price guarantee:
    1. offers conditional on buying other products;
    2. group bookings and/or bulk purchases;
    3. Annual Passes sold at discounted rates for clearance purposes; and
    4. discounted membership schemes, incentive schemes and/or loyalty schemes.
  6. This price guarantee applies to passes renewed online at http://www.merlinannualpass.co.uk only and therefore excludes passes that are sold privately or through websites including, but not limited to:
    1. auction websites;
    2. trading/exchanging websites; and
    3. social networking websites.
  7. We guarantee the best prices on renewed Annual Passes purchased in Pounds Sterling only.
  8. This guarantee may be withdrawn or suspended at any time.
