Common questions
What is the best time to visit?
It does depend on the day, but generally the LEGOLAND Discovery Centre is quietest after 2pm.
Like any popular attraction we have to limit the number of guests at any one time. The best way of ensuring your child’s place is by booking your tickets in advance (it will cost less too)!
Can children visit the Centre without an adult?
Sorry, no. Everyone is welcome, but children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are visits guided?
No. The typical visit takes 2-3 hours, but you are weclome to stay in each attraction for as long as you wish.
Of course some experiences, like the ride or the cinema are timed.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Sorry, we don't allow anything other than baby food/milk, or snacks for children with allergies.
We have a good cafe in the centre with child-friendly drinks and snacks.
Is the Centre suitable for disabled visitors / wheelchair users?
Yes, we are fully accessible for disabled visitors and wheelchair users. We have a lift and ramps.
Are your staff first aid trained?
Yes. We ensure that there are always staff members at the LEGOLAND Discovery Centre who are trained in first aid.
What about children younger than three?
We are pushchair friendly, with good baby-changing facilities, although we don't have a creche, or sell baby food.
You are welcome to breastfeed anywhere in the centre. Although we don't offer a dedicated nursing room we will do all we can to find you a quiet area.
