How to get there
We are located within Trafford Palazzo (previously known as Barton Square).
It's right next door to the Trafford Centre, which can be accessed from Trafford Palazzo via an indoor footbridge.
Travelling by car and parking
Sat nav: M17 8AS
Directions: We are located off the M60, via junction 9 or 10.
We are about 5 miles West of Manchester City Centre, with lots of free parking and great transport links. The closest car park to the attraction is 'Trafford Centre Car Park West' at Trafford Palazzo it's right outside our attraction and free to park.
Travelling by train
You can access The Trafford Centre easily via a bus connection from a number of nearby train stations:
- Manchester Piccadilly: Then catch the express X50 or 250 bus from Piccadilly Gardens, a few minutes’ walk away.
- Manchester Victoria: Then catch bus 100 from the station entrance.
- Salford Crescent: Then catch bus 100 from the A6.
- Urmston: Then catch bus 23, 25 or 245 from outside Sainsbury’s.
You can then access Trafford Palazzo by crossing the indoor footbridge from The Trafford Centre.
Travelling by Bus
Buses run regularly from all over the Greater Manchester region to our own on-site Bus Station:
- Service 18 to Trafford Park and Eccles.
- Service 18 to Davyhulme, Flixton, Ashton upon Mersey, Sale, Baguley, Wythenshawe and Manchester Airport.
- Service 20 to Eccles, Worsley, Walkden, Little Hulton, Logistics North, Deane and Bolton.
- Service 21 to Eccles, Monton, Swinton, Clifton and Agecroft.
- Service 22 to Eccles, Monton, Swinton, Farnworth and Bolton.
- Service 23 to Davyhulme, Urmston, Stretford, Chorlton, Didsbury and Stockport.
- Service 25 to Davyhulme, Lostock, Stretford, Chorlton, Fallowfield, Withington and Stockport.
- Service 52 to Eccles, Salford, Broughton and Cheetham Hill.

Trafford Palazzo (where LEGOLAND Discovery Centre is situated) is very close to the Barton Dock Road tram stop. The line runs from the Manchester City Centre Cornbrook stop.
